 This review is way past due. Sharp perfection is truly the best sharpener in San Diego. Melissa has been doing all the sharpening for our Paw Alley Pet Grooming Shop.  Melissa is amazing! She has repaired some of my shears that I thought were beyond repair. Other sharpeners have ruined my blades and shears and she always manages to make them perfect again!  Based on a friend's recommendation, I had Melissa sharpen a Japanese, wide-blade filet knife which had become dull through use. She sharpened it to a "factory new" condition with a perfectly angled edge. She even polished the blade to remove some of the minor rusting that had occurred. It's now "dangerously sharp", which is exactly what i wanted, and her service was quick and reasonably priced. Great place to have knives sharpened!
